This website is operated by TPI Sp. z o.o., ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 598, 03-994 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000173850 ("TPI", "we"). TPI is the authorized distributor of Livox LiDAR sensors described on this site.
The site provides product information about Livox LiDAR sensors distributed by TPI, and lets visitors browse products, add them to a cart, and submit a quote request or inquiry. It does not process online payments — nothing is charged automatically through this site.
Adding products to the cart and submitting the order form, or submitting the contact/quote-request form, sends a non-binding inquiry to TPI's sales team. It is not a binding purchase contract. A member of our team will follow up by email to confirm product availability, final pricing, VAT, delivery costs and terms before any order is formally placed.
Prices shown on the English- and German-language pages are net prices in EUR, intended for customers ordering from outside Poland. Prices shown on the Polish-language pages are net prices in PLN, with Polish VAT (23%) added separately as noted next to each price. All prices are indicative and are confirmed individually by TPI before an order is finalized; they may change without prior notice to reflect manufacturer pricing or currency movements.

When you use the contact/quote-request form or the order form on this site, we collect the information you provide: full name, company, email address, phone number, delivery address and the content of your message. We do not require an account or password to use this site.
We process this data to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and — where an order proceeds — to fulfil that order and provide after-sales service. The legal basis is your consent in submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where a purchase follows, performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Submissions are delivered to TPI's sales team by email and recorded in an internal Google Sheets record accessible only to authorized TPI staff, using Google Workspace as our data processor. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, to request data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
